Anyone ever been accused of being jealous/insecure for calling out their spouse for hiding things?

I'm just curious have any of you been accused angrily of being jealous/possessive/ insecure for confronting their SO when you have caught them lying about or hiding that they were hanging out with BM ?

That would be what is called.... Gaslighting.

This sounds like a STBX about to experience yet another divorce.

Not something I would do not tolerate.

Write em off.

I don’t think he realises that its expected for him to be at his kids wedding especially his daughters because the country they are from, they need their bio dads permission to marry as he has to sign on the marriage certificate l- its actually the law...

Someone who calls you insecure when you find them hiding things is gaslighting you. You’re not being insecure, he’s being an emotionally abusive d*ckhead who’s spending time with BM behind your back and is mad that you found out & called him on it. You deserve better.
