In custody battles, can you use videos of the kids?

Just curious. We have video of us talking with the kids and some of it is them talking about the abuse that happens in their moms house and between their mom and step dad. I wasn't sure if we could use it as evidence, they also mention how they are scared to tell anyone about it bc their mom gets really really mad

I would think probably not in the long run, since it's your guys talking to the kids. BM could claim it has been coerced or you coached them on what to say. However, if you guys think it's legitimate, dh should have filed for an emergency hearing. Then proceed from there, and hope that the kids also disclose the abuse to a neutral 3rd party (like a psychologist or counselor)

We are in the middle of a custody battle, I just want to make our case as strong as possible...
