I have 50/50 custody and full responsibility of transportation

Judge had said because I have means of transportation and mother does not, I have full responsibility to transport my son (pick up and drop off) between the cities. It is a 3 hour drive. He said when the mother gets a car then she will be picking up my son when it's her turn and I will be picking up when my turn. Well I was wondering what would happen of I was no longer able to drive because my car had broken down? All of this driving has had such a major wear on my car that I'm scared that time is coming soon. Would I be penalized? Or would I have to find a ride BOTH ways? Or would we each have to find a ride when it's our turn to pick up my son?

That is some real crap. I dont know how this kind of sh*t flies in court. My FDH has to do full transportation too and we live over an hr away. All the more reason for BM to never get her crap together because that means shell have to do some driving. Im sure itll be a huge thing especially since you have 50/50.. how does that work with the kid? I dont know how old he is etc.. but how do you do 50/50 when you live that far away.. he must not be old enough for school? I dont think that youre responsibility will change if you have car issues.. so be sure to keep your car functioning.

Yep--they always have $ for booze...and "trips".. my SD told us yesterday (after we paid Oct 1 CS) "Mommy is taking us to a theme park this weekend"---mind you the Dumb bitch texts my boyfriend constantly about CS...and it goes in ON the 1st...fuck if the payment center takes longer..he pays it on time..ALWAYS..(thank god we got the payment center set up now..) so she constantly bitches because she does not work..her loser bf or whatever he is doesn't---so its basically CS is her rent money...and whatever else... Granted..the money is hers...she can do whatever she wants with it....but don't leave your kids...starving and unbathed on the days we have them...like she loves to do. The kids love not taking a shower...but the food part..they are always wolfing down food...telling us "we didn't eat breakfast or lunch" or whatever.

to BM: Go find a hole and fall in it. Smile
