This morning while SO and I were in bed, enjoying our morning coffee, Winona SD18, decided to argue with Dad-dee about leaving lights on (she did) and leaving TV on (she more than likely did). I decided to drop in (hey, shes in my bedroom, arguing first thing in the morning, this is what you get!) and give my 2 cents worth, noting that she was the last one up, so who else left lights on??? And even if she did not - as the last one up, she needs to go through the house and turn everything off.

Busy weekend! It feels like eons ago, since my last post. I hope everyone on ST is doing well.

SO and I attended the Monterey Pop Festival, on its 50-year anniversary, Saturday (without skids!!!) and Nora Jones, with Jack Johnson~ Fabulous!
Fathers Day, SO went fishing, came back later for a nice dinner, and I spent time during the day with my Dad, and cousins. It was completely mellow and unplanned. Plus - No skids!!!!

Does this torment end sometime soon?

SO has a really good friend, lets call him JAMES. James has 3 kids, KD A, B and C, 2 girls and the youngest is a boy. James went through a horrible time with BM - she would be violent and destructive, drink, do drugs, cheat and even put him in jail after faking an injury. The jailtime didn't last nor did it go anywhere, but the BM is super crazy. Her kids want NOTHING to do with her, nada.

She's chronic all right - a chronic pain that just wont go away.

Yesterday I come home after a super long and frustrating day at work, and find out that BM has told Winona that she should not get too comfortable, that her room that she trashed is now Munchkins. She wasn't told to leave, according to BM, but that just meant she was sleeping on the couch, so she turned around and came back to dad who was waiting in the truck, and told him that she was told she was no longer welcome there.

So, she is with us full time now, Frick.
