I am NOT in any way trying to offend anyone. I'm just trying to understand.

My little sister has had 3 really bad marriages. First husband was a drug addict, she left him, second one I had to rescue her from his abusive ass, the third one I also went and picked her up because she was fearful that he would kill her(never touched her but he was one of those people when you look at him you think 'oh yea he's got someone chained up in his basement')

Last night I woke up and it was freezing in the house. I sleep with DH AKA the human heater and 2 furbabies, I should NEVER be cold. I went to check the thermostat and it was on 58 AGAIN! I know it is SS that is doing it. DS5 doesn't know what it is and DH wouldn't turn it down that low. DH has repeatedly told SS not to touch it. I have to pay a 330.00 electric bill this month because of this sh!t. Now DH is mad because he saw an email pick up confirmation showing that I'm going to get a lock box thingy to go over the thermostat.

BM again demanded that DH give up one week of vacation (next week) because she has plans with SS. DH told her to suck it. LOL. This weekend is DH's weekend and then his two weeks of vacation begin on July 1st. She threw a great big fit because it would mean that SS will be with us for nearly 3 weeks. Heaven forbid he should spend time with his dad and brother and SM. Anyway whenever vacation begins right after a weekend with the same parent they usually swap weekends. DH said he was okay with SS going to BMs this weekend.

DH is upset because SS12 plays this little game where BM texts DH asking when can she come get SS on her day. SS says 2pm or 4pm then when he is alone he will text BM and tell her to pick him up at 8am when DH made plans based on thinking SS was staying most of the day. Once again I ask "why are y'all giving him control over this?"
