Paying CS...what is required if your wages are not garnished...

I was reading that the amount of CS is X amount per month. Technically, if your wages are garnished, then they figure out how much to take each month...but really, what if your wages aren't garnished? Can you send any amount during the month as long as the full amount is paid for by the end of the month?

Here is what I'm thinking...

While going through some CS stuff this weekend we realized how the states (and of course BMs), sometimes scr#$%#$5 people who pay CS don't bother to keep track of it themselves and end up believing anything the crazy ex says or the courts. So, here is what I found out as I was doing the CS calculations.

CS is usually set as a monthly obligation. Let's say it's 100USD per month.

The CS orders that are sent for garnishment, at least from Texas have 4 amounts on how CS is to be collected.

POLL-how many SDs pregnant before they are married and/or out of the house?

Wish we could do a poll, but I was just wondering...as of course, loser is pregnant again...ah, yes, the beauty of being so stupid to do it not once, but twice...but then again, really, that's the way to go...darn! Free government money thanks to all you wonderful gentelmen and ladies out there...sigh

If your SD did become pregnant...

Q1. at what age?
Q2. how many kids by now?
Q3. who did they live with?

OT-GED getting one in Texas, what are the procedues

Does anyone know how getting a GED works? It seems that you just need to sign-up to get a GED, but in order to do so, there is nothing that specifically states that you must be doing X work, showing work towards completion, etc...

Can someone say they are going to get a GED, they are WORKING towards a GED and NOT have to show ANY proof of doing so?
Can someone just say they are going to get a GED and wait 4 years to get one?

SIgh...

What happens when child support is supposed to end upon graduation from high school...sigh
