Depression.
I feel like I'm sinking again.
I've been trying to be just happy. Just let things go. Just focus on my daughter and I. And my husband.
Today Darth Vader tried to attack my DH in a way when she was texting SS10 after school (he was hurt by something she DIDN'T do and instead of just saying I'm sorry, she tried to make him upset that his dad wasn't there).
Anyway, I'm not concerned about the situation that happened. I'm upset. All my old feelings of anger, hatred, and the uncontrollable word diarrhea all came rushing back.

seething for almost 2 weeks now....
The clothes and shoes AGAIN. Darth Vader likes to pretend "it's not that big of a deal" to her (the crap she tells my DH when we got into it about shoes/clothes at the end of last school year).
She sent SS10 back with an outfit with tags still on it (I guess to show us how much she spent on a pair of shorts and a tshirt) that SS10 "wants to wear on the first day of school". (We had him the night before, also his birthday).

I know this is not really a forum about problems with a husband...but I don't know where else to turn right now.
I just need to type it out I guess.
He had to work the weekend. And longer days yesterday and today than days during the week. One day earlier in the week, he stayed at his parents to hang out with brothers and step-dad to drink beers. Then Friday, I met him over there and brought dinner for everyone.
Yesterday when we got ss9 back from me driving all over kingdom come to get him...he worked late.

I'm shaking.
They (Darth Vader and her minion husband) have no respect.
They've already signed SS9 up for football. He is a foot shorter than the shortest kid in class, every year. He played football two years ago and was not literally "killed" on the field. He is not made for football!!!!! Besides the 4 day a week practice schedule and games on Saturdays.
She had her husband text mine to "get his opinion" on SS9 playing. "his only reason to not play is because he's scared."

She is going to have him for 6 days straight starting tonight. We only had 5. Fine. Whatever.
Texting him literally constantly the last 45 minutes before you meet us to get him?
Eff you!
I hope she gets the maximum sentence for her charge (only 5 years, but man those would be blissful)!

I cannot stop being so obsessed about what is going to happen with Darth Vader's court stuff.
Found out some "inside" info from a family member who works in the same company. Seems Darth Vader is completely in the wrong, but said family member is not sure if it'll go as far as prosecution (he said, they know they've already ruined her life just by arresting/charging her with it).

confused.
So SS9 knows about his mother's arrest. When he told me what he knew (mostly what he overhead when she was talking to her lawyer), it was like I was listening to her talk about it. His verbal tone was condescending towards her "current" job and the people she works for/with, and he sounded, to use an old term, impertinent or arrogant. Again, it was like I was hearing his mother talk about the whole thing.

seriously? How hard is it to stick to the dang schedule?
Apparently, it's too hard.
DH agreed that, let's make a schedule and then tell her, look, special stuff comes up, if it's not on your days, too bad! Plan for it. If you have a monthly schedule, then you can do that. There have been MANY family occasions that SS9 has missed due to him being at the Dark Side, and we say nothing. It's just, hey, he's with Darth Vader. Part of life for a kid/family with divorces.
So, he let me help make a schedule. IT HAS NOT ONCE IN THE PAST 6 WEEKS GONE AS PLANNED.
So irritated.

I am so sick of this.
SS9 has been at Darth Vader's house for four days. I text him once a day in the evening "we miss you" or "we love you" or "hey pookie poo" (He just LOVES that last one, lol.)
So he never usually texts me back. That's fine. I understand he's busy with his MOM and what not. Cool.
Fourth day (today), he texted me back. I got all excited and said hey back, and then, can you call us? US (MEANING, ME, HIS DAD AND HIS LITTLE SISTER).
