My DH only sees his son every other weekend. He is supposed to see SS on certain holidays from 3:30pm until 8:00am. Memorial day he wasn't able to get SS because BM had plans. We were on vacation this weekend returning today. BM knew this and would only allow DH to see son from 10am- 6pm. Instead of us leaving early he told BM he wanted to stick to the court order in divorce papers. She said no she has to do what is best for son. We are trying to figure out what course of action to take, starting with a consultation hopefully this week.
