I am sure most adult women know this. Most men likely know it as well. Just as a precaution we adults might want to share this bit of wisdom with the children in our lives.

** If one runs out of dishwasher soap, you do the dishes by hand. Wash, dry, put away. One does not decide to use Dawn in the dishwasher in an effort to get out of doing dishes by hand.**

The bad news: BM is ill. She has a diagnosis to go with her condition/behaviors/actions, one that frankly if not managed correctly can lead into a spiral that will have her at the bottom incredibly quickly.

The good news: It is manageable. She is starting to respond to treatment, her doctors allowed her to have telephone contact with the skids yesterday. SO will be taking the kids to visit with her on Sunday so they can see her/ she can see them.

We went to the humane society this afternoon and found Mr. Floppy. If I uploaded the picture right he should be in the upper right hand corner

He is 5 pounds and loves to snuggle into laps and watch TV. Carrots he likes, but we also got him bedding, a nice cage, food, vitamins and "toys" for him to gnaw on to ensure his teeth don't get too long.

This is not a post slamming BM. Today is court was horrible. Beyond a train wreck. It was a first hand look at seeing someones mental faculties unravel and you are totally powerless; incapable of stopping the disaster unfolding before you.

DBM's day in court ended with BM being remanded to the local Psychiatric Hospital for a full 30 day evaluation. Must spend 30 days in patient. This sentence was handed down after she told the judge to "F*ck off you aint got no powwa ova me."
