I am so glad that I found this site. Before discovering it, I felt so ashamed of my feelings towards being a stepmom, that I could barely admit it to myself, let alone anyone else. My fiancé and I have been together for 7 years, and have been engaged for 2 months. I have an 8 year old son, and I am pregnant. My fiancé has 4 children. The eldest, who is 13, is not his biological daughter, and he has an 11 year old son, and 9 year old twins(a boy and a girl). At first, I didn't have a problem with the idea of being a stepmom.
