This past Saturday I took some of my jewelry to be inspected and cleaned. Not all of it because I couldn't find a black velvet bag with a necklace and matching earrings along with a heart pendant. I had to stop looking for the velvet bag because I was starting to hyperventilate! When I got back from the jewelry store I decided that I would look at SD17 old room. She has been living with her BM going on a year now in another state.

I went to the dermatologist last month for acne.....My insurance sucks! The dermatologist recommended that I get bloodwork done before he could come to a final decision on what kind of medication to put me on. I went to a nearby lab and got my blood work done that same day. I recently got the bill from the lab and it is a whopping $209.36 that I don't fucken have! If I would have known that was going to be what I was going to be paying I would have said "No fucken thanks" The only reason the dermatologist recommended bloodwork was so that he could have put me on a certain medication.
