BM spending our money

Just had to vent to someone. It is bad enough that she hoses us for a full custody payment, when BF has 50/50 custody. Today she thinks it is ok for her to place an order for pictures for us $40 for school pictures. Now I know $40 isn't exactly breaking the bank, but for a couple who is just finally breaking even with both of us having to get better paying jobs to pay all the bills $40 extra is more than nothing, especially without even a phone call or email confirming this is ok. Go figure.

Please tell me how you would feel...

My BF's oldest(SS7) is currently going through his first communion with his school. Through this there has been one church gathering so far and a big "to do" one in May. (I am not Catholic so do not really understand these but nonetheless support skid in doing what he has to do). The past one in November I was not invited to go to, BF doesn't think I should attend any function related to the children until his divorce is final. He told me that BM, the 2 kids, himself, her parents and his parents all sat together during this church gathering.

I am a commuter. It takes me about 40 minutes from home to work. I don't mind my job as it is easy, however I have seen an employment posting that I have been waiting for for 3 years now. Unfortunately it is in a city 2 hours away, I used to live in this city and always felt that is where I wanted to be. I would love to apply for my dream job, however I know BF will never move away because of his children. I feel so torn as I have committeed to him and our life, but feel as though I am constantly turning down opportunities to make my life more fulfilling.

I am hoping someone may be able to share their story or share some advise.

I have been with my BF for 2 years, he has 2 sons under 10 y.o. His divorce to BM is still not finalized, they have been working off a verbal agreement and he is now trying to get a written agreement drafted and finalized through the lawyers.

I have no children of my own (well I treat my 2 dogs as children, so I'm told, but that really doesn't count). I have never been married.
