Another Day, Another Manipulation

We were all ready for our day in court on the DeNovo hearing on November 6th and the review hearing on the 15th.  BM knows she's in deep sh*t with the GAL for the medication lapse.  But this scum of a human being was ready with her move to get some time and distance from her latest misstep...

She had her lawyer file for an adjournment, the day before, citing that BM recently suffered a seizure and was not well enough to participate in court.  No other details.  The judge granted the adjournment....so now we wait until January 29th for the next court date.

BM let medication lapse....and blames....dad (of course)

Last Thursday SD(12) disclosed to her dad (my SO) that her antidepressant prescription ran out over a week ago so she hasn't been taking it.  BM has primary placement (hopefully for not too much longer). To keep SD out of the conflict, SO waited until SD was with him this past weekend to see for himself if the antidepressant was sent.  It wasn't.  He sent an OFW asking about the medication.

Just need to RAGE

None of this is right...I feel like I am on an island.  Screaming silently, hoping and praying someone is seeing what I am seeing. 

The lies. The drama.  The misquoting and twisting of court orders. This waste of good oxygen. The absolute manipulation and emotional/phycological abuse of SD (12). My SO trying to fight BM in court, but getting tired and burnt out.  The crazy is never ending.  The progress is so slow.

We do not respond to her word vomit on OFW.  We go though his attorney or the GAL (who thankfully seems to be siding with my SO) for communication.

Had court last week.  BM has been put on notice - she needs to communicate or she will be held in contempt.  GAL got on record what BM is claiming is not true.  BM's attorney made the mistake of calling DH narcissistic and claimed DH is manipulating SD - the commissioner was having none of it.  DH and his attorney kept it all child focused.  GAL had positives things to say about DH, but not willing to make the call to give DH full custody/placement (yet).  BM ordered to contact DH if she is unable to look after DH for longer than 24 hours (SD has spent the last three weeks at grandparents -

Put the Therapist on Blast or Straight to the Licensing Board?

I can't make this sh*t up. Therapist drama continues.

SO decided to confront his D's therapist on 7/24 about a three hour session she had with his D, using his insurance billing as the reason for reaching out and not because of what D told him. She was pretty vague, saying D was having some anger issues that she needed help working through (though we both suspect a major crisis based on what D said about the visit). Therapist also says she's reducing sessions to once a week...this was going to be a new approach she said.

Progress...slow but sure.

My SO was dragged back to court in January by the HCBM for full custody (SD12).  The affidavit was....creative and completely delusional.  SO filed his own motion for contempt and seeking full custody as well.  My SO, thankfully, has evidence to back up his motion, where the HCBM does not.  GAL appointed.  Investigation completed.  GAL was to recommend no changes to custody or placement.  Two weeks before the hearing (April), SD requests she not see her dad.  Starts calling him by his first name.  SO offers to work out a switch weekend with HCBM, SD refuses the switch and there is no commun
