Apparently SS is in daycare, but we're wondering if he was just recently thrown in due to our custody hearing..
The judge did say that she wanted BM to prove she is working full time and that SS was enrolled in daycare on the date of our last court hearing. BM seemed to not know the name of the daycare or the place she worked in court..
BM called and left a message on DH's voicemail today giving him the name of the daycare and the address as to where SS is to be picked up this evening-
The judge ordered DH to pick SS on Fridays because BM said she is suddenly working fulltime and alledgedly placed SS in a pre-k iep program-which I believed was another one of her lies-
Visit with the Guardian Ad Litem went Well- BM is already showing her true colors
Well DH met with the GAL last Wednes. and she came to the house to meet the kids and to see how SS gets along at our home Sat. morning.
DH's meeting with the "GAL" went great, we have to remember she's working for US and not the enemy
She is coming to our house Sat. morning @ 9a.m. to see how well my children interact with SS and to see if he has a bed at our home, and how we live- No one is really very coherant @ 9a.m., but O.K...
The Guardian ad litem let us know that BM called her on the day of our first court date and stood the GAL up, and guess what, she did the same thing last week- so she has stood up the woman investigating her TWICE.. She's nuttier than I originally thought.
Who would do that?
DH Meets with Guardian Ad Litem Today and gives up our $300 to start researching SS's life
The "GAL" called to confirm the appt yesterday and asked DH if he had a good number for BM, She said she kept calling the number she was given for BM's [unbeknownst to us] FULL TIME JOB and said she was having a very hard time getting a hold of her. DH gave her 2 numbers BM gave us when we picked SS up after the court hearing- they were numbers of 2 of the guys BM frequents,-because of course she still has "no phone" the GAL seem disgusted- I can't wait for her to start investigating the situation and to find out what is really going on in SS's life- school records/medical etc-
We Finally Had our first court Hearing- BM Shows up late of course with a stupid smile on her face..
I had to laugh because when BM got there to check in- she had to use the clerks phone to call "one of" her boyfriends to tell him how to get there- She still has "no phone" She saw me sitting there and probably felt she needed "someone" to be there too..
She is using the same pro-bono attorney she used for her middle son's case-
So.. We wait until this b*tch decides to call us???? WTF!!!
So BM's only phone which is turned off every other month is off again PERMANENTLY.. So we have had SS since last Sat. afternoon..
How can you tell if a child is learning disabled or just has a speech delay
SS's vocabulary consists of about 25 words tops, and they are rarely clear.
We haven't gone to court yet and DH is not the custodial parent, I would like to get him tested ASAP.

Well DH hadn't talked to SS for going on 3 weeks as BM's phone has been disconnected.
BM "finally" called from someone's phone and asked DH if he is coming to get SS this weekend and he said yes- he would pick him up Sat @ 1p.m.[Amazing how she can use a phone when she wants to get rid of SS]
Coming to the house Sat. was like a carnival ride, another "random" guy answered the door when DH went to knock and the guy must have had children/a child himself because a 3/4 year old came out on the porch while we were waiting.

VENT/Question/FRUSTRATION!
Ok.. we haven't officially been to court yet, due to the paperwork mix up and BM never getting the original paperwork.
BM's phone is still cut off going on week 3-
DH has been paying child support out of pocket, he was working 2 jobs but is now down to one on his own accord and they were originally taking it out of job#2 that he no longer works.
Today we get paperwork from CSEA saying that they are going to start taking it out of his job #1 checks now and that they are requesting that he cover SS fully for medical coverage.

BM Phone is still cut off! We ARE NOT getting SS this weekend before Vegas [RE-CAP!]
So guess what? Of course BM miraculously finds a phone to call DH on Friday when it's pick up time...
Guess what else.. DH said BM called sounding like she was about to jump off a bridge, all pitiful like.. "Do you think you're going to come get SS this weekend?"
DH said "NO" I'm leaving for Vegas, let me speak to SS,as soon as he said that, she HUNG UP!
