Let me preface this by saying she has said a lot of things that haven't happened. This is the first time she has given a time frame etc. I decided not to give my opinion when DH mentioned this. DH told BM to draw something up to see what she is proposing. His first reaction was no way but he did say a small part of him likes the idea only in that we can curb her craziness. Here is what she proposed:

1. DH to have skids all summer
2. DH to have spring break
3. DH to have half Xmas break

How many of you married or not have surpassed in length of time in your relationship as DH was with BM? Did it change how you felt when you had been together longer than they were?

We are not allowed to talk to the skids unless we email the day before, fine, but we get reamed for not answering her calls this weekend. Ha Ha! Don't like playing by your own rules, huh? FH picks up the kids and you would not believe the crap they are telling us (no prompting - they were upset!) We drove last Monday to SS STB6's school (2.5 hours away) to greet him for his first day at Kindergarten. FH, DD 3 months, and Mumzy79 left at 5 am to be there on time bearing a new stuffed animal and card for SS. He was so excited to see us.

Okay so here is the story - please tell me if you think we have a shot as normally it seems the BM must do severely heinous acts for a transfer of custody. FH and BM have shared physical and joint legal custody. They separated when my 2 SS's were 6 months and 18 months. Since then (4 years) she has had 4 men move in and out of the home and spawned 2 children while still married to FH but separated amd a;so has moved several times. In 2006 she called FH saying come get the children I cannot handle them anymore.
