bm having a cow...

well on sunday night sd6 had to go back to her bm's house and when bm came to the door sd blurred out that she wants to go onto a shared care arrangement and bm told hubby that he was breaching orders by discussing these proceedings with sd however untrue as the orders don't state that but bm is convinced that we have now breached the orders and wants to make sure it's noted.

talked to sd about possible shared custody....

well last night we picked up sd-6 an had decided to talk to her about the possiblity of going onto a shared care arrangement with her bm. was a bit worried about her reaction to this however we where pleasantly surprised at her responce. sd was actually bouncing on the couch with excitment at spending 7 nights at our house and 7 nights at her bms house, i was so relieved to see this kind of responce as i was concerned she would hate the idea become upset but she said she really wanted it and NOW!

the breach of orders hearing...

well today was the breach of orders hearing and it went very quickly as bm is saying she needs to find funding for legal repersentation even though she had a lawyer present today so a bit confusing she did this last time kept stalling the proceddings with continualy excuses that she needed more time to get stuff together and it eneded up draging stuff out by months. so basicly today the hearing has been ajourned til december due to bm needing more time.

well hubby and i have decided that we are going to request more time with sd as this is what she has been wanting not much more time just a few extra days a fortnight so instead of 2 nights we want 4 plus half of all school holidays as apposed to 1 week only.

well hello to all and a big thank you to all who have stuck out my complaints and issues...

well we looked into a restraint order and found it does not suit our needs so we are going to have to file to court to have our consent minutes of order ajusted to deal with the issues of bm so this might become a long drawn out process that could get very nasty.

forgot to add with my last blog the actions we are taking from here, we have the court date on september 21st and we are now going to file a resraining order against the mother to prevent her from enroling sd under the wrong name we are going to file that tomnorrow. hopefully this will cover the major issues we are having with bm currently which is her dening access and using a false name for sd as we have already sorted the issue of sd's property from our house being damaged by that woman as she is not allowed to take anything from our house to the other house ever....
