And the PASing begins...

Simpleton21's picture

Well go figure since SO stood up for himself SD is to distraught to come visit tonight (he called her out on her lying and manipulation).  SD of course still wants him to attend her cheer banquet this weekend though.  Shocker.  Oh and she still wants to be "in" the wedding also.  I told SO that he needs to let her know that no kids are "in" the wedding and maybe since this injury is so severe she should stay home.  Also, that maybe let her know that I'm distraught about all the false accusations against my family so maybe she shouldn't come for that reason also.

Wow! I must be a psychic!!!!

I know this will be so hard for you all to believe but.....BM just called SO to inform him that SD's injury is more severe than they thought (yet again) and she will need at least 4 more weeks of PT (that puts her ending the week after our wedding) and she may need surgery!  It is amazing that I somehow predicted this weeks ago!

I'm making another prediction now. We shall see if it is correct.

My newest prediction is that SD will remain on crutches until my wedding day.  SO and I decided to finally get married on 1/19/19.  We aren't having a big fancy wedding or anything.  Small/quick ceremony and celebrating with friends and family.  I already decided no wedding party or kid involvement b/c I know she would get up there and act a fool.  Nope, not on my day.  I am sure she will still try to cause some sort of unnecesary drama.  I expect it and I won't be paying any attention to it.

Still on crutches...

It has been confirmed that SD indeed did NOT have a torn meniscus and just had yet another "sprain".  When we went to pick her up last night and she came out with her crutches I swear it took every bit of self control to not say anything to her about it.  It has now been an entire month and she is STILL hobbling around on crutches and in a full leg brace.  Seriously, how long do you need crutches and a full on leg brace for a sprain?!?!

Update to my "I called it" blog...

SD had her MRI for her "torn meniscus" that her and BM were telling everyone she had and might need surgery for.  I had to ask SO about the results.  I figured this would happen.  I knew if it was actually a torn meniscus and she needed surgery I would have heard the results as soon as he did.  I know he knows that I don't ever believe that she is actually injured so he didn't willingly offer up the results.  When I asked if the results were in he said, "yeah, she doesn't need surgery, they are going to do physical therapy"...I asked if it was actually torn and he said, "I don't know for su

I called it.....

If you look back in my blogs, I believe under my update blog, I mentioned how SD likes to have a "spotlight injury" every year around the holidays.  I have been awaiting this "spotlight injury".  I knew it was coming.  Anyways, last week SD hurt her knee at cheer practice so she wasn't able to go to the final cheer performance out of town that BM had already spent over $500 on.  I actually find that part comical b/c BM and SO are so oblivious to the fact that the girl gets injured for attention.  SO said he knows she does it yet believes her every time.  Funny how the same day SO is telling

Really Amazon?!?!

I'm not feeling to motivated to work today.  Slow day at the office so I was checking out black Friday deals on amazon and came across a picture frame that says "First my Step- mom, forever my friend".....LMAO....I bet you all want to rush out and buy it now!  You are welcome *ROFL*

It happened more quickly than I expected...

SD text SO last night and told him she is done with competitive cheer.  This Sunday was going to be her first competition.  I guess they told SD that she wasn't ready for the competition so they were just going to have her watch and have another girl fill in her spot.  They didn't kick her off the team just told her that she didn't have the routine down good enough for the competition so they wanted her to sit through this first competition.

I shouldn't be surprised by this...

I found out yesterday that SD has me saved in her phone as "Step Monster".  I wasn't going through her phone or anything.  I try to disengage as much as possible from her.  I found out by accident really.  She had a video of my son on her phone she showed me and I thought it was cool so I asked her to send it to me.  She said she couldn't find my number but knew she had saved it.  I JOKINGLY said, "you probably have me saved under step monster" and she was like, "oh, yeah, I do" and proceeded to laugh.  Now, I know I shouldn't be surprised about this or even let it bother me but I'm honestl

Regression

Simpleton21's picture

Well it appears SO has regressed back into his guilty daddy ways...ugh!  Recently my SO lost his license for 60 days (excessive speeding/wreckless op).  Anyways, obviously I was already super pissed about that and him being irresponsible.  We couldn't afford an atty so we just had to deal with the consequences.  Of course it is more of a punishment to me.  The courts granted him driving priveleges to work but not to pick up SD.  BM is being surprisingly understanding about it and working with us on his time with SD.  SD is currently in cheer anyways so most evenings she has practice in BMs
