We just did our own at-home Christmas. Christmas eve (kids will do Christmas day at g-ma's and MIL's).

Kids stayed up till 2a and woke us up. They llooooved their gifts!!!! Buuttt.....

i have no idea what the problem is, but ever since admin did the security updates, i have the hardest time on this site.

since that fateful day, when i open in chrome it does not display correctly - no pictures, no offsetting comments and replies, all the links are displayed as hyperlinks, i mean WTF.

so i go back to firefox. STalk displays just fine there. but there's a dang reason i dont use firefox!!!! mine is glitchy and slow and leaky and in general irritates the f*ck out of me to where i close it out of frustration. and yes it's the latest version!

i just got my car back from the body shop. they uncovered two additional problems during final inspection and are negotiating w/ the insurance to see if the repairs will be covered.

dh is back to feeling just as bad as he did before the gallbladder surgery. poor guy. he saw the surgeon today, who ordered more bloodwork and is gonna schedule an appt w/ the GI doc for a 'tube down the throat' test. he's been vomiting, in pain on his belly which wraps around to his back, and weak. and now he also has a wicked cavity.
