The spy game.....(probably wont leave this one up long)
Well it just gets more crazy. Last night SD13 said her phone (that BM got her) was "acting funny" ok funny how? DH looked at it and discovered BM had installed a tracking app on it. DH flipped out. DH has full custody, and with BMs past threats of kidnapping she does NOT need to know where the girls are when they are with us. Well DH turned the phone off and decided not to mess with it. A few minuets later, DH and I notice that the phone is back on and we hasn't touched it. SD13 had been in her room. So DH turned the phone off again and called his cousin who's more up to date on the latest phone stuff. Cousin comes over and discovered that not only does the phone have a tracker but it also has an app that can record photo and audio when BM chooses. DH really flipped out. I flipped out. My privacy has been invaded. Anyone that was around the girls and that phone has/can be invaded. DH and cousin came up with a solution. To stop that shit. Now just waiting on the atty to call back to see what we can do IF anything.

Local cops may not be able to do much. May need to try FBI. I know it sounds like a ridiculous escalation but there are several things that put it in a Federal jurisdiction.
1. It crosses state lines. Bm is monitoring from home state.
2. It could be considered a cyber crime.
3. This could be a prelude to a kidnapping.
Call the feds.
