yea...its exhausting.  SD has ADHD and yep no mystery where she got that from....DH is very ADHD.

He is undiagnosed and very unmedicated.  Does this affect our marriage and life...uh yes...ALOT.  More than he would admit.

After 15 years of my needs being put on the backburner...or just flat out ignored...I had a mental breakdown last friday.  Not just a little bit of freakout..were are talking almost commitment level breakdown.  (I'm better now...seeing my therapist again and finally putting my needs first)

Yes..DH your wife is crispy from burnout...but throw another match

Its been a bit stressful here at chez halo....I've worked more weekends than not and the not's have ended up with me taking pupper to the doggie ER for seizuers and add in I now have to keep track of three different seizure meds plus 2 different emergency meds for pupper.  I'm fried....and I mean crispy at the moment.  Couple this with the fact..I run chez halo...DH fakes being clueless on knowing what needs to be done.    I know he fakes it...he lived on his own..I KNOW HE KNOWS..it just easier to have me do the heavy thinking/lifting.  Yesterday I started work at 4:30 a.m.

Oh Beaver..your MOTY....at least on the book of faces

Ah..homecoming when all HCBM's become MOTY...at least on social media.   Because if its on Social Media..its true right??? 

Beaver did nothing for Homecoming....not even take SD to get a manicure.  Nada..nothing......DD and I help SD get a dress.

DH took SD to get her hair done...DD and I got SD her shoes and jewelry.   Beaver...was where in all this....yep let see....uhn NO WHERE

DH...bang head on wall....bang head on wall ...expect different results

SD has gone off the same cliff as the GWR did about 3 years ago.  School work is just not important.   Turn in work..study..pffffft..that is just not important or necessary.  Needless to say, SD's grades have tanked.  DH is now frustrated/pissed/disappointed and embarrassed. 

aww Beaver doesn't like SD's homecoming dress...shocked..not shocked

SD is going to homecoming with her friends.   She asked that DD and I take her for a dress.  She asked nicely and well DD loves to shop for dresses so we went.  I did ask SD point blank if this was something she would like Beaver to do since its a "mom" sort of thing.  Sd replied that no..she didn't want Beaver to take her for two reasons.

1.  Beaver's taste in clothing sucks.  (I agree with SD..Beaver dresses like a cross between a 80 year old women and a homeless person)

Ah....hear that ..that is my deep breathing.....*breath in .....breath out**** and repeat...as I find my peace.  

Both my Skids have high aspirations...but very low...as in crater levels of ** motivation/work ethic.   We have seen what GWR has done with his life...barely graduating high school ( he was pity passed in most classes) and now works part time as a cashier and lives in Beaver's basement. 

Fall out of GWR..aka SS's great lets text Halo shennaigans.

Ah...recap GWR decided to txt Halo since he can't text DH.  That did not go well for GWR ....after he accused us stalking him and then was insulting to Halo.  That earned GWR a ceast and desist message from Halo or face further consequences.

Ah..so SD told Beaver that we showed her the message and my response.  Ah...rather than being a parent tell GWR to knock it the eff off..she told SD that seeing DH triggers poor little GWR.  

 

Uh...ok WTF....

In the time of Covid but before the great lock down DH and I purchased tickets to a concert in a distant land. This distant land was a city 3 hours away from our fair city.  During the great lockdown of 2020 this concert was postponed to 2021.  Time for said concert has now come........oh happy day...

As we all now GWR..aka SS has aged out of the child support system and Beaver has suffered a reduction in CS to the tune of $600 per month.      

Now for the last 11 years I have been supporting our family despite not receiving any CS for my two kids and paying just about all of my children's expenses on my own.    DH was too busy paying Beaver her CS and alimony, the marital debt and of course attorney debt since they were in court almost every year.
