The golden child cometh! Make way make way!

I think I will be back on steptalk regularity for the next month or so! I will need the moral support because DH is already making big plans for SD7's grand arrival in just over 2 weeks.

Today is SD7's 7th birthday so it began will a call first thing in the morning where we all sung happy birthday on Skype. This I don't mind. I actually like SD7. She would be a fantastic kid if her parents weren't such morons!

Goodbye summer and SD6

I haven't visited you all for the entire summer, but I am back with an update and an epiphany to share.

This summer we had SD6 from the 1st of July until the 19th of August. We got an extra 2 weeks because DH used the fact that bio-mom bares burden of transport to barter - ie: he drives two hours to Detroit to retrieve sd6 so BM doesn't have to cross the boarder which would cost her a lot more $$ and in exchange we get a longer visit.

Major meltdown

I just want out. I am so sick of all of this. So sick of the one sided B.S. that goes along with this blended family.
I can't expand on why Ian havi g a nervous breakdown this time, because I do not have time, but I am seriously considering packing it in on this one.
I just hate this life. Who freaking walks into a relationship like this with their eyes open? Wtf was I thinking?! I wish I cod rewind time 3-4 years and slap myself really hard.
Step parenting and being with a used up baggage baring man is stupid.

DH is all awkward. :( I am hiding in my room.

So DH got back from getting SD6's stuff from her old apartment yesterday ... See previous blogs for backstory.

Firstly you should know we have not seen the inside of this apartment since BM kicked us out when DH noticed that there were mushrooms growing inside of the fridge and threatened to call child protective services.

Knots in my tummy... Must almost be summer vacation.

Summer vacation starts in three short weeks and that means SD6 is going to be here soon.
Don't get me wrong I love that kid wholeheartedly, but... When she is here it is a perpetual reminder of the bio-biatch, Who will definitely call her on Skype every other night, Forcing me to have to see her fat ugly face all of the time.

Well, as per my last blog we sent SD6 with her jobless swine of a BM and the man she met over the Internet off to the United States, as per court orders. Since ranting about our useless justice system regarding family matters (in particular, it's archaic views regarding fathers raising their children) won't get me anywhere, I won't begin.
