Just makes me so sad for her. SO went to court to try to change BM's custody because she is living with a druggie. He filed an emergency order asking for full custody until mediation.

:O :O So I went with SO to the courthouse to file the paperwork for his Ex-parte hearing tomorrow. SD has been living with us for the past month because BM's druggie BF is living with her and not drug testing. SD had enough of the chaos that was her mom's life and bailed and came to live with us. Meantime SO has been paying CS to BM and BM refused to come to an agreement about modifying the amount or kicking out druggie BF so SD can go back to her home. She has seen her daughter a total of 4 times in the last month for an hour or two each time.

I read on here about how some of you end up with full custody of the skids. I always kinda cringed thinking oh not please not me }:) Well Saturday that is what happened. SD came up to me it was BM's week but we were at a family party and said I want to go home. I was kinda confused I said ok to your mom's?? she said no to your house I don't want to go back to my moms :jawdrop:

SD22 is seriously screwed up. She is a nice enough person but she has many issues. Most due to SO and BM's parenting but a lot due to BM is a shitty mother. She involved SD22 in most of her infidelities and SD22 knew way to much about the marital problems of her parents. Now SD22 is married going through a divorce and has a baby 10 mos. Since her split with the baby's father when she was pregnant she has lived with 2 different guys and is now pregnant with the 2nd guys baby.
