CS review- through caseworker or judge?

Ok ladies I need your advice.

CS was re-evaluated last year for the 3 year review. Of course it went up because DH had gotten a raise in those 3 years. Of course BM hasnt had an increase in income...but whatevs.

Well MSD dropped off in May so legally it is BM's right to request another modification request since MSD dropped off. Even though CS was adjusted accordingly when MSD dropped off. (DH owes some arrears, long story and not due to non payment)

In the past year, DH has gotten a $2p/h raise.

Morbid Content- BM at funeral of your SO?

Other post reminded me of this...as I have thought about it at times as well.

Would BM be at your SO's funeral, if God forbid they passed away in the near future?

I am sure I would be at my Ex's funeral. I would be there to show support for my BS obviously. I would want to say my farewells. I would guinely be upset by his passing as we are cordial with each other and I would feel for my BS.

I can somewhat imagine the same for BM, she would want to be there for the skids. She was married to DH for 16 years.

Would you ban BM?

Was kind of curious about it...and may be considering trying it.

If I understand correctly, you input what you like to eat and where you shop and they will give you a menu for the week and a grocery list.

For a working mom, with a kid in sports (3xs a week) and Zumba (3xs a week) this sounds awesome! I dont have to stress over planning healthy meals and figure out a grocery list, etc.

Curious is anyone has tried this, know of anyone who has tried this or if you would try it.

Change of address WWYD

SS used to live with us in our current house. He however has not lived here in over 2 years. He still has not gotten a change of address.

When he moved out of here he lived with a GF at her family's house, I think stayed with BM for a bit and is now living with current GF and her family.

SS is a Jr.

The mail that we get at the house for SS is always for things that the owes, car accidents, insurance companies looking for payment. It isnt anything good.

Another Child Support Review- AGAIN???

Got mail today... another CS review for DH and BM.

They had a review in July 2011, October 2013. And then it was adjusted when MSD "graduated", in May 2014.

DH unemployed for about 3 weeks and started back at his old job about 2 weeks ago. Of course he got a $2 an hour raise when he went back to his old job.

I swear if we have to give this bitch any more money I am going to scream. Especially since she cant even work 40 hours a week. Or just because DH works hard to get a raise.
