BM Waving Sugar Daddy in BF's Face

helena_brass's picture

I'm so sick of how BM tries to have her BF buy the kids. I chose not to attend the Sunday T-ball game because I didn't want to interact with BM. Well, BM's BF and his whole entourage (there's about four young guys he works with who follow him around everywhere) were at the game. BF explained to me that FSD wanted a snack. All they had at the snack-bar was candy and soda. He got her a pack of Starbursts. BM gave him a dirty look and said something rude about it. BF told FSD that she could only eat two, then maybe she could have some after dinner, so she had two and BF put the rest away.

Little Warning Signs?

Last night BM called BF at 9:30pm to let him know that the kids wouldn't be at her mother's this weekend because her mother would be attending a funeral. So BF could have the kids because it was still his weekend (he had given her permission to take them to her mother's house on his weekend). I heard the conversation because we were both right next to each other--in bed because it was Monday and we were both exhausted. When he hung up I told him that there was no reason for her to be calling that late for something that really could have waited until the next day.

O/T: Anyone else super paranoid about getting pregnant?

I'm not sure if this is a common occurrence, but ever since I've been with BF I've been ridiculously paranoid about being pregnant. Mind you, I take the pill religiously. I was with my last boyfriend for five years, and I only once felt the need to take a pregnancy test. Since I've been with BF, I've taken at least 8 tests, probably more. I suppose being around the kids has heightened my awareness? I don't know.
