I called over the phone and the guy that answered was very rude and tried to place the blame on me. So I went up to the bank this morning and confirmed the date that STBXH and I walked in together and took his name of off the account and that after that he was still able to make transitions and withdrawals. The lady there was very sympatric to my story and helped me and my funds should be back in my account within the next two weeks (sigh of f*ckin relief).

I finally have time to go apartment hunting for a place for baby and I. I’ve been going through a lot lately trying to break free from DH and his bull sh*t. I have a list of a couple places I am considering and some tours lined up. I am a very paranoid person and I get spooked easily. I have never lived completely on my own without my parents, roommate or spouse. If you guys could please take the time out to give me a few tips on how to feel safe being alone with just baby and I would be so grateful.

I took my name off of the electric, water, cable, and internet bills and left DH a text that he has until Tuesday to pay for them himself due to unforeseen circumstances I can no longer continue to pay for things I do not use in a home I no longer occupy. I just want to wash my hands clean of all of this. Just get through one night without crying my heart out. He hurt me so bad and I let him I just want to be done with it already.

My dad and SM left on Wednesday and DH showed up yesterday. I came home from work and picking up baby to him lying on the sofa. He says it’s his house too and his name is on the joint mortgage so he isn't going anywhere. I kept asking him to leave he told me if anyone is leaving it’s me. I called the non-emergency police number and they said that it technically is his house to and until the divorce is final and we come to an agreement on who gets the house I can't make him leave. It sucks knowing even if one of us ends up with the house we both are responsible to pay off the mortgage.
