Mine has (now) full legal and primary physical. BM has visitation that she chooses not to exercise.

For those of you who do have kids, whether it's with dh or an ex, what would YOU do if you weren't with your kids dad, and you disagreed with him/them on so something? Maybe your kid was biting nails as a nervous habit. No Bite targets the not biting nails, but it doesn't target the nervousness/anxiety. What would you do if sm hit your kid? What would you do if someone said harsh things to your kids about your town, or anything else about you? How do you handle any disagreements with your ex?

I'd have the police way up their a$$. Like one op said, "WTF? I DON'T CARE WHAT ARGUMENT WAS GOING ON, NO ONE BETTER LAY HANDS ON MY KID!
Personally, I think your wife better be watching her ass cause BM is coming for her. If not to physically kick her ass, then to involve the police or courts or CPS or whatever else she can think of. If BM wasn't crazy before, she will be now. And rightfully so."

Anyone who puts a hand on my kid in any way will be made to regret it.

I'd be that person's worst enemy and see to it that they were punished in every legal way possible. They could be a stepparent, stranger, teacher, anyone. I'd make sure they went to prison for a LONG time and let their fellow inmates teach them a lesson or two (or a few) on my child's behalf. And I'd see to it that they have to register as a child abuser in some way so that everyone will know that they're an abuser.
